Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Service Changes
I kindly ask that you allow at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or service changes. Should you cancel or change your service with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 30% of the scheduled service will apply.
No-Call / No-Shows
Communication is key! If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please cancel through the system or reach out to me directly. Failure to arrive without notice will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Late Arrivals
To respect everyone's time and ensure enough space for precise dry cutting and detailed color placement, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
